Season 2

Everybody loves Raymond season second was debuted on 9-22-1997 with the opening episode entitled ‘Ray’s on TV’. Season opens with Ray who gets a second chance to appear on the sports chat show. Series continues to collect loyal fans during this season itself. However, some changes were made in the presentation format this season. Ray is still working as a newspaper sports writer and is living in Long Island along with his wife Debra and kids Ally, Michael and Geoffery. Next door neighbors are still his parents and Ray’s frustrated brother Robert is residing with them. During second season, Ray doesn’t seem to make a compromise with his girlfriend Amy. While dealing with family issues and such kinda situations, season comes to an end on 5-18-1998 with the episode ‘The Wedding (2). Season ends as Ray and Debra take a walk back in time- Ray asks Debra, ‘Why did you marry me’? So on this episode; we do see Ray and Debra when they get married. Ray has cold feet, but a little joke makes him feel better.

Season’s Top Ranked Episode- Traffic School

Ray treats his family members as his students in the traffic school – which lets him to be crazy. He gets assistance from ‘Traffic Cop Timmy’ who has his own issues with Barone family.
